All of our staff are Paediatric First Aid trained and have a strong understanding of safeguarding, helping us to ensure your child’s safety and wellbeing is always our priority. Alongside our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs), every room has a Safeguarding Assistant to support the team and ensure safeguarding remains everyone’s responsibility.

Our dedicated team is at the heart of everything we do. We are passionate, caring and committed to creating a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, listened to and encouraged to be themselves.

All of our staff are Paediatric First Aid trained and have a strong understanding of safeguarding, helping us to ensure your child’s safety and wellbeing is always our priority. Alongside our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs), every room has a Safeguarding Assistant to support the team and ensure safeguarding remains everyone’s responsibility.

We are proud of our inclusive approach. every room also has a SENCO Assistant, who works closely with our Nursery SENCO to identify and support children’s individual needs. Together, they help ensure that every child has the right support, encouragement and opportunities to thrive.

Most importantly, our team takes the time to get to know every child and family. We work in partnership with parents and carers, building strong relationships and creating a welcoming nursery family where everyone feels supported.

Discoverers 0-2 Years

A warm and nurturing environment where our youngest children feel safe, secure and happy as they begin to explore, play and discover the world around them.
