About Us
We are open for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6:00pm 51 weeks of the year, we are closed on all Bank Holidays and for one additional week each year between Christmas to New Year. Providing families with consistent and flexible childcare throughout the year.
We may have a closed day once a year for training days to ensure our staff can upskill to support their own CPD which we believe supports the learning and development not only for them but also the children.

Established in 1996, we are a proud family-run private day nursery dedicated to providing a warm, nurturing and inspiring environment for children aged 0–4 years.
At the heart of everything we do are the children and their families. We believe every child is unique, capable and full of potential, and we work closely with families to create strong partnerships that support each child’s individual needs, development and wellbeing.
Our nursery provides a spacious, welcoming and neutral indoor environment, thoughtfully designed to give children the freedom to explore, play, discover and learn at their own pace. We believe that every opportunity is a learning opportunity, from everyday routines and interactions to exciting experiences that encourage curiosity, independence and confidence.
Our extensive outdoor gardens provide wonderful opportunities to explore nature, develop physical skills, build resilience and enjoy being active. Each room also benefits from its own dedicated decking area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor learning. We also offer a private car park for the convenience of our families.
Our highly qualified and experienced team is passionate about providing the highest standards of care and education. Inclusion and wellbeing are central to our practice, ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, respected and able to fully participate in nursery life.

Strong leadership underpins everything we do. Our dedicated leadership team supports our staff, works in partnership with families and continually reflects on our practice to ensure children receive the very best care and learning experiences.

Discoverers 0-2 Years
